The Novice


The Novice nonprofit has limited experience in communications, with no designated communications personnel and a small communications budget. The organisation may have a sporadic social media presence but mostly relies on word-of-mouth communication. 


Goal: To maximise the impact of limited resources and effectively communicate the nonprofit's mission and activities to the public and key stakeholders.

The Resourceful Communicator

  The Resourceful Communicator nonprofit may have a designated communications personnel, but the organisation lacks sufficient budget to support a robust communication program. 


Goal: To maximise the impact of limited resources and effectively communicate the nonprofit's mission and activities to the public and key stakeholders.


Our Services:  

  • Develop a detailed communications strategy;
  • Optimise social media presence and engagement;
  • Create  a content marketing plan that aligns with the nonprofit's goals;
  • Implement low-cost marketing tactics such as email marketing and search engine optimisation;
  • Write, lay out and disseminate e-newsletters and annual reports.


The Supportive Communicator

  The Supportive Communicator nonprofit has a designated communications personnel and some budget, but communication is viewed as a support function rather than a standalone program. 


Goal: To increase the effectiveness and impact of the nonprofit's communication program and establish communication as a strategic priority for the organisation.


Our Services:  

  • Conduct a communications audit to identify gaps and opportunities;
  • Develop a communications plan that integrates with the nonprofit's overall strategy;
  • Develop key messages and talking points for the organisation;

  • Event planning: Plan events that align with their goals and vision. Includes selecting the venue, coordinating vendors, developing a budget, and managing logistics to ensure a seamless event.
  • Event communication strategy: Develop a communication strategy to promote their event and engage attendees. Includes developing messaging and content for social media, email marketing, and other channels.
